Is event planning and implementation your passion? Do you enjoy celebrating history, nurturing the arts, and building a vibrant community? Are you excited by the possibility of storytelling through events? If so, it’s time for you to consider an all-new opportunity with the nonprofit Athenaeum Foundation. The Events Manager, the perfect role for a high-energy, visionary, and mission-focused professional, will oversee the logistics for Karneval, St. Benno Fest, Das GartenGrillFest, GermanFest, and Christkindlmarkt—all must-attend gatherings on the Indianapolis social calendar. Working as part of a small but dynamic team, the Events Manager will operate in a fun and rewarding environment steeped in culture and the arts, and housed in a 125-year-old building in the heart of Mass Ave.
The Janitorial Staff are responsible for general care and maintenance of the Athenaeum, which is vital to maintaining its identity as a clean, safe, and welcoming space for all members of the community.
